Customer Service / Dispatcher
Rate: $6.00 USD / Hour
Available Shifts (Sunday – Friday):
Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Note: Friday is a half-day; Saturday is always OFF)
Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual Customer Service / Dispatcher to join our fast-paced taxi operations team. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of logistics and customer care. You will be responsible for managing high-volume inbound calls, coordinating real-time driver assignments, and ensuring our passengers receive world-class service.

What You’ll Do
Dispatch Coordination: Assign trips, plan efficient routes, and monitor ride status in real-time to ensure seamless transportation.
High-Volume Support: Handle a steady flow of inbound calls from both customers and drivers with speed and accuracy.
Account Management: Open new customer accounts and process daily servicing requests.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve complaints and operational issues on the fly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed dispatch logs and documentation to ensure all operations are tracked and organized.
