Client Support Specialist (English-Speaking)


Location: Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic (Onsite - Padre Las Casas)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are seeking dedicated, hardworking, and success-driven individuals to join our team as Client Support Specialists. If you possess exceptional English communication skills and are looking for a career-oriented role with strong growth potential, this is your opportunity to deliver first-class customer service via phone, chat, and email.

This is a 100% onsite position located in Padre Las Casas, Santiago.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: RD$275.00 - RD$300.00 per hour

  • Monthly Subsidy: RD$4,000.00 per month for transportation and lunch

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to US$1,000.00

  • Additional Incentives: Regular performance-based bonuses and incentives available

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to international clients via phone, live chat, and email.

  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed service level agreements.

  • Document client interactions accurately within our system.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

To ensure professional service and operational continuity, all candidates must provide:

  • High-Speed Internet: Reliable, high-speed connectivity for uninterrupted video and data tasks.

  • Power Redundancy: Stable electricity during all shifts; a backup power solution (UPS, power station, or generator) is required in areas prone to outages.

  • Dedicated Workspace: A private, quiet home office free from background noise (family, pets, or street noise) to maintain a professional environment.
