Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Location: Santiago de los Caballeros

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

We are currently hiring dedicated and professional Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in Santiago de los Caballeros. This is a fully onsite position offering stability, competitive pay, and strong growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls

  • Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Work collaboratively with team members while also managing tasks independently

  • Meet performance and quality standards


Compensation & Benefits:
  • RD$275 per hour (approximately RD$47,000 per month)

  • Full benefits as established by Dominican labor law

  • RD$4,000 monthly transportation & lunch subsidy

  • Power Redundancy: Stable electricity during all shifts; a backup power solution (UPS, power station, or generator) is required in areas prone to outages.

  • Dedicated Workspace: A private, quiet home office free from background noise (family, pets, or street noise) to maintain a professional environment.
