Job Title: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Santiago de los Caballeros
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Meet performance and quality standards
Compensation & Benefits:
RD$275 per hour (approximately RD$47,000 per month)
Full benefits as established by Dominican labor law
