Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer orders and inquiries.
Manage the end-to-end order process with 100% accuracy.
Communicate with customers via phone and email with a friendly, professional, and helpful tone.
Collaborate with the US team to solve problems and ensure customer retention.
