About the Role

Are you a target-driven sales professional with a background in the US insurance industry? We are seeking a fast-paced, highly motivated Healthcare Enrollment Agent to focus on the California healthcare market.

In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume initial outbound cold calls to California-based clients, introducing our programs, and persuading them to switch insurance providers. Alongside calling, you will handle rapid data entry—updating client information, tracking follow-ups, and documenting call outcomes accurately in Google Sheets. This is a high-intensity, performance-driven role that requires consistency, speed, and exceptional phone stamina.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to California residents to encourage the switching of healthcare insurance providers.

  • Lead Persuasion: Clearly explain basic program details, overcome objections, and effectively persuade clients to make the switch.

  • Data Entry & Tracking: Update client records, track follow-up progress, and log call outcomes with 100% accuracy in Google Sheets.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volumes and performance metrics.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work: Work from home anywhere in Latin America.

  • Stable Shift Schedules: Consistent Monday-to-Friday schedules (no weekends).

  • Long-Term Opportunity: Join a fast-growing team in the healthcare sector.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

To ensure professional service and operational continuity, all candidates must provide:

  • High-Speed Internet: Reliable, high-speed connectivity for uninterrupted video and data tasks.

  • Power Redundancy: Stable electricity during all shifts; a backup power solution (UPS, power station, or generator) is required in areas prone to outages.

  • Dedicated Workspace: A private, quiet home office free from background noise (family, pets, or street noise) to maintain a professional environment.
