Patient Care Specialist - Bilingual (100% Remote - LATAM)

The Role
As the first point of contact, you will manage the bridge between our therapists and our US-based clients. This is a high-impact administrative role requiring a professional remote presence.
Linguistic Excellence: Provide a seamless experience for English-speaking clients and insurance providers.
Precision Scheduling: Manage complex calendars and coordinate multiple therapist schedules.
Patient Advocacy: Verify insurance eligibility and conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure patients get the care they need.
