Requirements

Technical: Basic computer skills, strong organizational habits, and the ability to keep accurate digital records.
Work Environment: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a completely quiet, professional workspace at home.
Pluses: Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, telemarketing, healthcare outreach, or similar roles is a major plus.

Are you a fluent bilingual professional with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a compassionate, driven Patient Outreach Coordinator to connect with residents in the Bronx, New York.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to families, elderly individuals, and low-income residents to introduce free Medicaid support programs they qualify for. You aren't just making outbound calls—you are offering a lifeline to vital community resources, gathering basic information, and connecting interested individuals with our internal intake team.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Community Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calls to Bronx residents to introduce free Medicaid support programs.
Relationship Building: Answer questions clearly, build trust quickly, and speak with elderly and low-income individuals with the utmost respect and empathy.
Lead Qualification: Collect basic details from interested individuals and seamlessly refer them to our intake team.
Data Management: Keep meticulous, accurate notes within our system and follow up with potential leads as needed.
