Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Compensation: $6.00 / hour

Position Type: Full-time, Long-term

About the Role

Are you a fluent bilingual professional with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a compassionate, driven Patient Outreach Coordinator to connect with residents in the Bronx, New York.

In this role, you will make outbound calls to families, elderly individuals, and low-income residents to introduce free Medicaid support programs they qualify for. You aren't just making outbound calls—you are offering a lifeline to vital community resources, gathering basic information, and connecting interested individuals with our internal intake team.

If you are empathetic, a great conversationalist, and thrive in a remote setting, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Community Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calls to Bronx residents to introduce free Medicaid support programs.

  • Relationship Building: Answer questions clearly, build trust quickly, and speak with elderly and low-income individuals with the utmost respect and empathy.

  • Lead Qualification: Collect basic details from interested individuals and seamlessly refer them to our intake team.

  • Data Management: Keep meticulous, accurate notes within our system and follow up with potential leads as needed.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work: Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in LATAM.

  • Stable US Business Hours: Enjoy weekends off with a reliable Monday-Friday, 9-5 EST schedule.

  • Meaningful Work: A fulfilling role where your daily conversations actively help families get free healthcare support.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

To ensure professional service and operational continuity, all candidates must provide:

  • High-Speed Internet: Reliable, high-speed connectivity for uninterrupted video and data tasks.

  • Power Redundancy: Stable electricity during all shifts; a backup power solution (UPS, power station, or generator) is required in areas prone to outages.

  • Dedicated Workspace: A private, quiet home office free from background noise (family, pets, or street noise) to maintain a professional environment.
