Requirements
Location: Must be residing within Latin America.
Experience: 1-2 years experience in sales data, sales analytics, or accounting.
Language: Excellent, clear English speaking and written communication skills.
Microsoft Excel: Intermediate to Advanced skills are a strict requirement (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are mandatory).
Microsoft Outlook: Proficient with the desktop version.
Tools (Bonus): Experience with CRM and sales tools like Pipedrive, Seamless.ai, or SellerCloud is a plus, but not required.

Sales Operations Specialist (Remote - Latin America)
Location: Latin America (100% Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: US$ 6.00 - $7.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (With half-day Fridays)
About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in sales operations and a strong affinity for data management? We are looking for a Remote Sales Operations Specialist based in Latin America to join our fast-paced operations team.
Please note that the core focus of this position relies heavily on your ability to work efficiently within Microsoft Excel. While we do not require a "Power User" or macro programmer, you must possess intermediate-to-advanced skills. Specifically, you should be fully confident in building and managing Pivot Tables and utilizing VLOOKUP to keep our data structured, clean, and actionable.
What You Will Do
Support daily sales operations, pipeline tracking, and administrative workflows.
Manage, organize, and maintain highly accurate sales records and data sheets in MS Excel.
Handle critical business communications with professionalism and clarity.
Manage high-volume email inboxes and assist with team schedule coordination.

Mandatory Assessment Notice
