Now Hiring: Remote Scheduler – U.S. Healthcare Provider
Location: Fully Remote (Open to All of Latin America)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: US$5 – US$7 per hour, based on communication skills

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Scheduler to join our U.S.-based healthcare provider team. This fully remote position is open to candidates across Latin America. No previous scheduling, healthcare, or sales experience is required, and this role does not involve any sales activities.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, messages, and emails from patients and coordinate appointment scheduling with physicians.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls, messages, and emails from patients
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments with physicians
Maintain accurate scheduling information
Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly
Follow established procedures and workflows
