About the Role

We are looking for a detailed, reliable, and career-driven Title Processor to join our team in a full-time, permanent remote role. This position offers long-term stability and great growth opportunities within an expanding company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing real estate title files through the complete transaction lifecycle—from initial order opening to final closing. You will serve as a primary liaison between attorneys, lenders, clients, and vendors, ensuring all files progress smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Oversee and process real estate title files from opening to closing and post-closing activities.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain professional, clear daily communication with transactional attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, and third-party vendors.

  • Title & Deed Processing: Review title commitments, address title defects, prepare required closing/deed documentation, and clear issues prior to closing.

  • File Progress Tracking: Proactively monitor file milestones to eliminate bottlenecks and meet strict closing deadlines.

  • System & File Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date documentation and transaction records in title software.

What We Offer

  • Full-Time Permanent Position: Stable, long-term opportunity.

  • Great Growth Opportunities: Room to expand your skills and advance as our operations grow.

  • 100% Remote Flexibility: Work comfortably from your home office in Latin America.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

To ensure professional service and operational continuity, all candidates must provide:

  • High-Speed Internet: Reliable, high-speed connectivity for uninterrupted video and data tasks.

  • Power Redundancy: Stable electricity during all shifts; a backup power solution (UPS, power station, or generator) is required in areas prone to outages.

  • Dedicated Workspace: A private, quiet home office free from background noise (family, pets, or street noise) to maintain a professional environment.
