Must currently reside in the Dominican Republic (Strict requirement).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. You must be comfortable speaking and writing in both languages daily.
Ability to commit to the 20-hour weekly schedule for the first month, with guaranteed availability to move to 40 hours/week on month two.
Strong attention to detail, great time management, and a firm yet professional communication style.
A reliable computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and a backup power system (Inversor/UPS) to ensure uninterrupted remote work.

Fully Remote Virtual Administrative Assistant (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Are you a highly organized professional living in the Dominican Republic? Do you speak fluent English and Spanish? We are looking for you!
We are hiring a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our field team, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and according to plan.
Role Details:
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the Dominican Republic)
Rate: $5.00 – $6.00 / hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Part-time to Full-time transition:
Weeks 1–4: 20 hours/week (Training & Ramp-up)
Week 5+ onwards: 40 hours/week (Full-time)
Language: Native or Near-Native Bilingual (English & Spanish)
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Attendance Tracking: Monitor field staff punch-in/punch-out times to ensure accurate timekeeping.
Proactive Follow-ups: Actively reach out to late or unresponsive field staff to keep operations on schedule.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure field staff submit required photos and daily reports; compile these into weekly reports for management.
Supply Management: Oversee and manage supply orders so the field team has the tools they need.
Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of proposals and other administrative tasks as needed.
