Position: Bilingual Virtual Assistant

Location: Fully Remote (LATAM & Philippines)

Hours: Part-Time & Full-Time Available

Pay: USD $5–$6 per hour + paid vacation, paid holidays, and additional benefits

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

• Fluent German (spoken and written)

• Strong English communication skills

• Strong technical skills and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously

• Comfort speaking over the phone

• A quiet, professional home office environment

• High-speed internet and reliable power

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to adapt quickly and think in solutions

• A strong sense of commitment, reliability, and dedication

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with applicants and families

• Support with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination

• Manage data entry and administrative tasks

• Provide professional communication in both German and English

• Assist with operations for cross-cultural childcare programs
