Amazon E-commerce Specialist
Pay Rate: $1,213.31 – $1,386.64 USD/month ($7.00 – $8.00 USD/hr) based on full-time hours
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST; Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)
Location: 100% Remote (Open to qualified candidates residing in Latin America; Expats welcome)
Requisitos
Amazon Seller Central Expertise: Proven hands-on experience creating, updating, managing, and troubleshooting Amazon product listings.
Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in Amazon listing management and e-commerce operations.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and catalog error resolution.
Core Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive problem solver, and capable of managing workload efficiently and leading virtual assistants.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Specialist to take ownership of our Amazon product catalog. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product listings while actively identifying and fixing listing errors in Amazon Seller Central. You will ensure consistent data accuracy across all products and eventually oversee two virtual assistants as operations scale. Listing Creation & Management: Create, update, and manage Amazon product listings to maintain catalog health and accuracy.
Content Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and listing content to drive conversion and search visibility.
Troubleshooting & Error Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve Amazon listing errors, suppressed listings, and technical catalog issues.
Catalog Maintenance & Team Leadership: Maintain high data integrity across all listings and eventually oversee two additional virtual assistants.
