Collections Agent
Location: Fully Remote (Open to candidates residing in Latin America)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Collections Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing direct client outreach with essential back-office support. This is a fully remote position offering a stable schedule and excellent opportunities for professional growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Payment Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls and emails to follow up on outstanding balances.
Professional Communication: Maintain a polite, professional, and firm demeanor when handling client accounts and inquiries.
Billing Support: Assist with generating and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative and clerical support to keep operations running smoothly.
