Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of recent, direct experience in construction estimation.
Specialization: Hands-on experience estimating high-end residential homes is strictly required.
Portfolio Required: Applicants must provide a portfolio of past estimating work/takeoffs (either attach a PDF/hardcopy or include a direct web link inside your resume).
Language Proficiency: Advanced, fluent spoken and written English skills are required to communicate effectively with US teams and vendors.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and takeoff software/methods.

Pay: $6.00 USD per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator for an immediate opportunity to join our team full-time and remotely from Latin America.
In this role, you will prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and high-end residential construction projects located across the United States. You will analyze construction plans, complete quantity takeoffs, calculate labor and material costs, collaborate with project managers and vendors, and deliver accurate estimates within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial and residential construction projects.
Calculate material, labor, equipment, and timeline costs accurately.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to negotiate and gather competitive pricing.
Deliver accurate, structured estimates on tight deadlines.
Maintain digital files of cost database, quotes, and historical estimate data.
