  • Exceptional English Skills: You must have excellent English speaking and writing abilities. We have a strong preference for native-level speakers or those with a very clear, neutral accent.

  • Location: This position is open exclusively to candidates currently living in South America or Latin America.

  • Professionalism: We require a strong work ethic, dedication, and a long-term commitment to the brand.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, order taking, or success management is preferred, but we will train the right person with the perfect accent.

  • Tech-Ready: You must have a quiet, professional home office setup with high-speed, reliable internet.

  • Monday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST

  • Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

  • Weekends: OFF (Enjoy a consistent Saturday & Sunday break!)

Customer Success Specialist (Remote - LATAM)



Location: 100% Remote (Candidates MUST reside in Latin/South America)

Pay: $5.00 – $6.00 per hour (USD)

  • Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

  • Weekends: OFF (Enjoy a consistent Saturday & Sunday break!)


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer orders and inquiries.

  • Manage the end-to-end order process with 100% accuracy.

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email with a friendly, professional, and helpful tone.

  • Collaborate with the US team to solve problems and ensure customer retention.
