About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Data Entry & Shopify Specialist based in Latin America to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing quote data, managing spreadsheets, building and updating landing pages on Shopify, and using AI tools to streamline administrative workflows.
This is a fully remote, full-time position offering a consistent schedule with an early finish on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Review quotes and accurately transfer detailed information into spreadsheets.
Organize, maintain, and audit quote data to ensure maximum accuracy.
Create and update landing pages on Shopify using the native page editor and page builder applications.
Utilize AI tools to support administrative tasks and optimize daily processes.
Communicate effectively across teams and manage daily tasks independently to meet deadlines.
Schedule & Compensation
Working Hours (Eastern Time):
Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET
Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET
Schedule Type: Full-time (37 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $7.00 USD / hour
