Patient Intake Coordinator
Pay Rate: $1039.98 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hr) based on full-time hours
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)
Location: 100% Remote (Open to qualified candidates residing in Latin America; Expats welcome)
Requisitos
Outbound Call Expertise: Highly comfortable and effective in making frequent outbound patient outreach calls in a warm, empathetic, and relationship-driven manner.
Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in Patient Care Coordination, Patient Outreach, Medical Cold Calling, or Healthcare Customer Service.
Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, detailed call documentation, and accurate data entry.
Core Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, empathetic, professional, and capable of managing workload efficiently.
Location Requirements: Must currently reside in Latin America.

Patient Engagement: Make frequent, empathetic outbound calls to provided patient numbers, establishing trust and rapport immediately.
Professional Communication: Communicate professionally and engage patients effectively to address their needs and relay important information.
Continuous Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with patients as needed to ensure excellent continuity of care and support.
Call Documentation: Thoroughly and accurately document all call outcomes, patient responses, and required action items into the internal tracking system.
