Product Data & Catalog Specialist (E-commerce / Shopify)
Pay Rate: Pay Rate: 1,039.98 – $1,213.31 USD/month (US$6.00 – US7.00 an hour) based on full-time hours
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM EST (35 hours/week)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)
Location: 100% Remote (Open only to qualified candidates residing in Latin America; Expats welcome)
Requisitos
E-Commerce & Shopify Experience: Strong experience in e-commerce product data and catalog management; Shopify experience is highly preferred.
Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in product data, catalog management, e-commerce, or data entry.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Shopify, catalog management workflows, vendor research tools, and inventory systems (Squid experience is a plus).
Core Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy, precise, and committed to absolute accuracy without guessing.

We are seeking a tech-friendly and detail-oriented Product Data & Catalog Specialist to maintain complete oversight of our e-commerce product listings and catalog architecture. In this role, you will systematically review, verify, and clean product data across Shopify and internal platforms to ensure complete store accuracy. You will collaborate closely with team members to resolve data discrepancies, update pricing structures, and optimize catalog integrity in a stable, remote working environment.

Vendor Research & Data Extraction: Research vendor websites, product catalogs, and price lists to capture precise specifications and up-to-date product information.
Data Verification & Audit: Thoroughly verify SKUs, titles, descriptions, high-resolution images, measurements, units of measure (UOM), quantities, costs, and pricing structures.
System Catalog Updates: Update, enrich, and organize product records across Shopify and Squid systems efficiently.
Error Resolution & Data Integrity: Proactively identify and correct missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information using research skills to resolve ambiguous details without guessing.
