Platform Expertise: Strong, native familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms and trends.
Leadership Qualities: We are looking for candidates with leadership experience or a strong, demonstrated potential to step into leadership roles as the company grows.
Bonus Points: Previous experience working within a Human Resources (HR) or Recruiting department is highly preferred, but it is not required.

Location: Remote (Open to candidates residing in Latin America only)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Rate: $6.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking workers and applicants, ensuring smooth and supportive daily communication.
Recruitment Outreach: Assist with strategic talent outreach and administrative communication tasks to help scale our team.
